“ZDNet UK” Where will this stop? Lets put this into another perspective; say a shoplifter takes a taxi to steal products from a mall, then takes the same taxi to get away from the scene. Can we charge the taxi driver also?

I saw this taxi last week when I was around the Embassy area in Sanlitun. I was not able to take a snap shot of it since it came so fast in front of me. I thought it was coolest thing that ever happened on the streets of Beijing.
